RECLA is committed to hold social responsibility and play its part towards the campaign ‘Atmnirbhar Bharat’.
Our aim is to see the Indian workforce from unorganized sector, not only economically sound but also socially aware. Our goal is to develop an alternative model that focusses on skill development which is sustainable, reliable and empowers the under privileged and marginalized sections of the society. It will generate more job opportunities for unemployed youths in the society. We envision a place with no carbon footprint by starting a revolution in the steel and construction industry by taking a step towards a sustainable environment through greener processes and materials integrated together.
For us humanity is supreme. We look forward to transform the steel industry that utilizes new techniques and research to manufacture high quality products in more greener ways. By integrating industry 5.0, we amalgamate the human intervention along with robotic automated machinery and processes.

The CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) operations leave a visible impact on the community and therefore we at RECLA included it as an integral part of our business strategy.
During the tough times of COVID when availability of beds in hospitals was a major issue, we took the initiative of setting up centres with ample amount of beds that aided many people and acted as a lifeline for some. These centres were compliant of all medical codes and practices providing the best treatment to all those infected.
