Light Gauge Steel Framing
Light Gauge Steel Framing
Light Gauge Steel Framing (LSF) are made up of structural wall frames and roof trusses which are manufactured from galvanized cold-formed steel sections. It is a load bearing structure and hence can be made out of higher strength and lighter GI sections.
At RECLA, we offer off-site solutions which is both cost effective and time saving as it can be completed in half the time required for conventional construction. This construction type enables a high volumetric growth in a short span of time while saving water and other endangered resources.

Quality of material varies |
Uniform quality of materials |
High transportation cost as materials are heavy |
Huge savings in transportation cost as materials are 1/3rd of brick wall |

Savings on Floor Slabs
– A conventional floor slab requires 150mm thick concrete mix whereas, only 50mm thickness is sufficient for LSF.
– Newer deck sheets like Lewis Deck sheets have a smaller pitch than conventional deck sheets.
– Elimination of rebars as the design of deck sheet is engineered with a unique Trapezoidal design.
