We look at ourselves as a one stop solution for PEB buildings, cold storages, multi-story complexes, light gauge steel framing, bridges and any other creative steel structures. RECLA has been successfully providing steel buildings in lowest cost with best services in place. We offer PEB solutions for factories, warehouses, commercial buildings and also have expertise in light gauge steel framing. We have various industry standard sophisticated design and detailing softwares such as BIM360, Tekla, STAD-Pro, MBS, Auto CAD and others as per the latest international building and design codes including IBC, AISC, MBMA and AISI. Our project management team takes pride in executing customers’ project with efficiency and we believe in maintaining total transparency. We update project information on Customer Use Interface, software created by the in-house team to make sure that customer gets notified about the project’s development without any hassle.
Uniqueness of RECLA vis-à-vis the existing solution and service providers in the market?
We have our production facilities situated at all the prime locations. We are getting material manufactured from our own nearest facility and so we can save the money in hefty transport costs to pass on as a benefit to client. Steel construction industry contributes more than five per cent to the nation’s GDP and 78% to the gross capital formation but it is operating in an unorganised way. Fabricators are unable to scale up the business above certain limit despite skills and customers are not having a clear canvas for making decisions for their important capital investment despite the competition from sellers.
The market has become a cost sensitive market without even proper understanding of the technicalities involved. We aim to provide the same trust and management wherever customer wants as we are not being area specific. We support our clients in their capital investment by expert consultancy. Logistics and supply chain plays a major role in the industry. Logistics cost in India as a percentage of GDP is as high as 13% with major contribution of steel industry and the government is aiming to reduce the same to 10 per cent of GDP.
